Holiday Market 2020
Participating Vendors
After the Philippines was hit by Typhoon Rolly and Typhoon Ulysses, we were devastated by its aftermath. No one should deal with two natural disasters during the holidays, most especially in the middle of a global pandemic. From November 23 until November 30, Pusong Filipinx is hosting a virtual market with the participation of 21 vendors to help give back to those in need to the Philippines. During this week, 10% of the proceeds made from the virtual market will go towards funding balikbayan boxes to send to Project Pearls, a nonprofit organization in the Philippines.
We also collaborated with Miss Oahu Filipina 2019 and Sweet Creams to hold a donation drive for the balikbayan boxes and are accepting any medical supplies, clothing and canned goods. On top of that, Sweet Creams is donating 10% of the proceeds they make from their “U-be-be baby!” rolled ube ice cream to our cause.
